1. Return Eligibility

- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Custom/Personalized print-on-demand items (unless defective).
- Items that have been used or washed.
- Items without original packaging or tags.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team at untappedclothings1@gmail.com with order details and images of the issue. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are offered only for defective or incorrect items. Please contact our team within 7 days of delivery.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
